We don't purchase many new vehicles but when we do, we don't appreciate the back and forth between the salesperson and their manager when trying to make a deal. We really appreciated Knudtsen publishing their "drive it away now" price on the internet which was so much lower than MSRP that the other dealers offered and saving us from the "trying to make a deal" process. Gary was speedy with his reply to our request for more information, did not pressure us into making the purchase and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Very pleasant experience and very happy with our purchase.

The time process is ridiculous. I sent 5-1/2 hours there. This is the second time I have had this experience. I have bought cars from other dealers and it is have the time. Not sure what the problem is but after the deal I walked around your lot for 2 hours waiting to get into finance. My experience is not great and I will look elsewhere on the next vehicle.

I was informed when I made the appointment it would take 4 hours and it took 5 1/2 hours. When I left the vehicle I requested they fix my rear vision system as it is not working. When I picked up my vehicle I was informed I would have to make another appointment for the rear vision system as they found it was somewhere between the front and rear, possible a short in a wire. I was in the waiting room and they could have informed me of their findings on the rear vision system and how long it might take to repair it. Now I have to schedule another appointment and do not even know how long it may take. I takes me between 45 and 60 minutes to get to the dealership , that is why I normally wait their for my service.
