I had an air conditioning problem and called on May 15th - an appointment was set up 15 days later on May 30th. I left my vehicle for 3 days and got a call it was repaired. When I picked up the vehicle, the repairs were not complete and there was no AC. I left my vehicle for another 8 days but repairs were not completed in time for a trip. I had to rent a vehicle for 15 days and when I returned the repairs to my vehicle were still not complete. Repairs were finally complete on July 19th - 64 days after calling for the AC issue. This made for a miserable driving experience with a GM vehicle and I would definitely consider another brand for my next vehicle. The service representative (Chris Nelson) was great but the rest of the experience was a disaster.

Was only supposed to be in the service department for 48 hours at the most and ended up being there for a week and a half. I had quite a list of things that I wanted done and the main reason I went to the dealership was because I wanted certified mechanics to change the ball joints and control arms. When I finally got to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, I found out that the items I wanted done were not done and that the service advisor didn't even read through the paper work because when I did, I found out that I was being charged for labor items that were not performed. I did go back and tell him about the problem and he quickly reimbursed me, but I wanted to know why the items I requested done were not done. Well the service rep told me that the mechanic who worked on the vehicle was not there that day and so the rep said that he would confer with him about it and then get back to me...well guess what, I have yet to hear back from the service advisor about the work not performed. Now you tell me, would you be satisfied with your experience there and want to return for your maintenance needs. I think NOT!!!!! YOU SUCK!!!!!

Everything was good until the end. I was waiting on Friday all day so they can tell me if my truck was ready to be picked up and nothing. Until I call on Saturday to ask for it. This is my work truck so I needed it as soon as possible, but this was something you guys didn't care about. I saw on the papers that the truck was ready on Friday at 1:00 why I didn't receive a call at that time?

The Dealership is nice an clean, very pleasant. Nice waiting area with water and coffee. The people are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service department has always been very helpful and has always kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicles when they are in for a service appointment.

They were able to get me in fairly quick as we were passing thru and our door handle broke and we could not open the passenger door. I was in and out in two hours. The staff were very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend the for all your repairs.

Tim Lamb is the Service Manger and treated me with respect and was careful to explain each step of the process toward fixing the window switch on my 2000 Blazer. This was different from my dealership in Lebanon, Oregon. They repaired the same switch in March, (or so I thought). It was not done right and they treated me with a condescending tone. I will now contact them for a refund (Primasing Motors) to get my money back for a bad switch and poor service. I am glad to do service with Knudtsen.
