As I have just small windows of time that I am available to have my vehicle services. I called in ahead of time, made and appointment and received a reminder text on my phone when my service appointment was. This was just a routine service appointment, however, i will be making another appointment within a couple of weeks to have the technicians fix what they found. Quick, simple and hassle free.

although it may be petty, it's the small things that bug me-like not completely topping off def fluid and when asked if supposed to be left down a little the response was in winter but no offer was made to top off-when asked about adapter for four pole plug to connect utility trailer, was told they were cheap to buy-it's amazing how it's ok for Knudtsen to be cheap on def fluid (which was included in first service) but they don't offer a cheap four prong plug on $77,000 truck

Great experience. Friendly staff answered questions I had about my truck. In and out under an hour. Just a very good appt. Parts dept, not as good. Stood at counter for 5 minutes and no one came to assist. Sign said to ring bell but didn't see any bell. Wanted to buy a bed mat but will get one from Amazon Service dept was fantastic though!

First maintenance service was great but was manly looking to get 2 recalls done. The parts needed took over a few months and i was told they were in so i schedule the appointment. During the first maintenance was told the parts were not in stock anymore or were used on another customer's recall and they had to be ordered and may take another few months. Frustrating experience
